Project or Consultation Discussion

• After you have filled out the information form wih as much detail about your issue(s) or project as possible, the first step is to book a 60 minute discovery call. Payment is due prior to the call and there is a 24-hour cancellation policy.
• We will use this time to see if we are a good fit, how I can be of assistance, and if we would like to work together.
• I want to hear from you to better understand your vision, expectations, needs, timeline, etc. and come up with a basic plan. After our call, I ask that you email me all items necessary to proceed.
• Once I have received your email, I may ask for more information. Once I receive everything I need, I ask for 72 hours toI review everything and come up with a project proposal. When I send the quote, you will have 72 hours to accept, deny, or ask for changes and negotiation.
• If you accept or wish to negotiate, we will set up another meeting, free of charge. When we come to an agreement, I will send you a contract. You will have 48 hours to review it and sign, or suggest revisions.
